I hope that you find the teeth whitening coupons to be valuable. Feel free to pass them along to others.

Note: I am fundamentally against teeth whitening, even though I know that some people really feel they need it.

Before you proceed further, may I suggest looking at this post on the dangers of teeth whitening.

Making decisions that take into account the pros and cons is always a wise choice in my opinion.

Whichever coupon you choose, you can feel good about saving from the normal cost of obtaining such a powerful teeth whitening system.

Having whiter teeth is something that most people, particularly in America, like. In many other countries and regions the need for whiter teeth is not as prominent, except perhaps among celebrities.

In America, it does appear to be a pursuit. Especially among young women, they love to have a bright white smile that is dazzling to look at. This provides an obvious social advantage.

Many wish to have every last possible advantage in their social environment and some feel whiter teeth does provide that edge – though it is seldom spoken about.

Many seek varying degrees of teeth whitening. If you seek the most drastic change, you may want to find a cosmetic dentist who has the most powerful (and expensive) teeth whitening products available.

Obviously, this is a different route than home teeth whitening treatments that you administer yourself at home. Typically, these contain tooth whitening gel with some sort of peroxide, much like the kit noted at the beginning of this article.

If you find that you have tooth sensitivity after your whitening treatments, you may need to take steps to strengthen your tooth enamel. A study done in Israel back in the 90s at a dental school showed that eating hard cheese did have an effect on remineralizing tooth enamel.

You can also help your enamel by avoiding acidic (and staining) beverages such as tea, coffee and red wine.

Once you do whiten your teeth you will want to protect that whiteness, Be aware that berries, particularly blueberries, have a strong tooth staining effect. It is always best to rinse and brush your teeth after any meal or snack according to directions that you can obtain from any dentists or dental hygienist.

Ozone for Teeth Whitening?

July 16, 2010 by david

I recently found the abstract from a patent regarding
the the use of ozone as PART of a tooth whitening
process.

https://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20090285767

You will have to draw your own conclusions from reading
the abstract. I am not making any statements regarding
this.

But I will say two things.

1. I have an ozone generator.

2. More studies should be done on the use of ozone for
many reasons / purposes and uses!

I will point you to the ozone machine that I personally
use for a variety of purposes (teeth whitening is not
one of them).

And this page offers a significant discount off the
‘official price’ of the one I use via use of the coupon
code given.

The site to visit is : https://www.OzoneForWater.com

If you have any questions, ask!

Teeth Whitening Problems And Concerns

July 10, 2010 by david

Whiter TeethWhen it comes down to teeth whitening, you have to be concerned about a few things. The first question involves safety. You can verify with some dental professionals, there have been cases where teeth whitening has led to root canals and dead teeth. Though it may not happen all of the time, it is indeed a danger.

The chemicals themselves may be damaging to tooth enamel, weakening the structure of the enamel and helping to lead to ‘sensitive teeth’. Your teeth, if they are as hard as they should be, should not be sensitive. Anyway, many people are into teeth whitening so just warning people that there are potential dangers is not going to dissuade them from doing it. Many people, particularly in America are concerned with the appearance (and brightness) of their teeth.

To Americans, yellow, dirty and broken teeth, missing teeth and other cosmetic problems are less than desirable. In the quest for whiter teeth, many people try all kinds of remedies and solutions, both professional and alternative. Bleaching chemical in-office treatments can be expensive and it is difficult to ascertain their safety. Again, it has happened that such treatments have killed teeth.

Younger teeth are more vulnerable than the teeth of older persons. This is because the pulp is larger in younger teeth and is the part that can be vulnerable to the chemicals used to whiten teeth. The older a person gets, the more the pulp occupies less space and the more ‘solid’ the tooth becomes.

Therefore, if you can delay the time in your life when you turn to teeth whitening it might be a very good idea. Now, if you absolutely have to have your teeth whiter, some methods may be a bit safer than others. This is pure speculation and would need to be studied for verification so please keep that in mind.

But there is a kind of teeth whitening that does not involve as much chemical exposure as some of the ‘extreme’ treatments that invade both professional and non-professional methods.

Although this way is associate with a few celebrities, do not be dissuaded from that. I am referring to kardashian teeth whitening. Which is really the brand called: Idol White.

You see, with this method you have more control as you simply ‘paint’ your teeth with the whitening treatment. You have much more control over the amount of chemical that goes on your teeth than you would with a typical tray bleaching method. So, this may warrant investigation on your part If you are insist upon having your teeth made whiter.

Proceed with caution and get dental professional advice, diagnosis and treatment suggestions from your dental care practitioner.

Often, but not always, those who want to stop gum disease also
would like to have whiter teeth.

Staining goes hand-in-hand with high plaquing and therefore, those
who have gum disease often want to lighten the color of their teeth
as well.

Of course, having stained teeth does not automatically mean you
have gum disease…

If you have read my book, you are probably familiar with the
fact that I have many dental care stories to tell.

Here is one tip about teeth whitening – please don’t spend a lot of
money on getting your teeth whitened before reading what I wrote
on this topic.

Unless you are a movie star or a rock star, you don’t have to
