So, why exactly is it that a blend of almond, spearmint and peppermint essential oils can have a powerful effect on your periodontal (gum) health?
Many essential oils have anti-bacterial properties. In fact, there is a very popular mouthwash (full of alcohol) that uses derivatives from essential oils.
The problem with alcohol is that it dries the mucous membranes of your mouth. Could you imagine employing the power of essential oils without the high alcohol content?
Now you can. Read more about it.
Why Essential Oils?
Many people don’t know about the power of essential oils and it is not surprising. Information on many important topics never make it to the conscious awareness of most human beings.
Sometimes, the people ‘in the know’ just don’t make a point of sharing specialized knowledge. But, even when they do, how many people can they actually reach with their message? The answer is: very few.
Please be careful, no one is saying that this is the cure all for any dental disease. However, you sure can see a lot of folks talking about this product. You can read some of what they have to say here.
I happen to be a ‘believer’ in the power of essential oils. They do seem to work.
Isn’t it strange how our human race thinks it is smart enough beat mother nature?
After millions of years of time to test her creations, wouldn’t it only make sense that mother nature has all of the human beings put together vastly out-gunned?
Mother nature created these oils. Their chemical makeup was not synthesized in a laboratory to be patented and mass marketed to the medical community that sells us prescription medications.
Don’t mess with mother nature.
