A very interesting caller spoke to me about her need for an ozone generator. She told me that she was a nurse and that her husband had some gangrene that the hospital appeared unable or unwilling to treat.
She told me that she was using red clay on the wound and that she wanted an ozone generator because she believed the ozonator water would help to clean the flesh and kill bacteria.
Ozone is known to kill bacteria and viruses. Some have labeled it ‘natures way of purifying things’. If you have ever smelled the ‘fresh’ air after a rainstorm, then you are smelling ozone.
People use ozone for all kinds of purposes. Some want to use ozone generated at home to ozonate oils. This is because ozonated oil is sometimes used to heal wounds with.
Many people have other purposes for ozone. Some like to use it to purify the air. Opponents warn that there are dangers that come with too high a concentration of ozone in the air. Others take no heed. It is like anything else in the world, there are those who take both sides.
Has the FDA done any studies on home ozonators? None that I’m aware of. But the science appears to be pretty solid that ozone can kill bacteria and viruses. I’ve heard that it is used in industrial applications as well to clean various areas and surfaces.
I visited a dentist not too long ago who told me that in Europe, some doctors are using ozone to clean tooth chambers before doing a root canal or installing a filling. This is very interesting because typically Europe is better at spotting things like that. Part of the reason is because of the commercial structure in the United States – I don’t want to digress on that though.
At any rate, it appears that ozone generation at home is becoming very popular. Click the links below to read more about in home ozone generators.
