    I have both Anxiety and Depression. This is the wost sickness that you could possibly have in this world. I try to mange it naturally using 5-HTP food supplements.

      That does sound like a terrible combination. I have only experienced anxiety a few times in my life and I do not like it one bit.

    I also suffer from panic attacks and i can manage it by deep and slow breathing. i also practice meditation.. ,

    Anxiety and depression is one hell of a nasty disease. even if you have everything but if you have clinical depression, you are still nothing.,.:
