It does appear (subjectively) that I’m seeing improvement in my vision.
Doing the exercises when you first wake up, seems to be helpful.
Doing the exercises at any point in the day appears to relax them too. So if you are facing visual stress the 25 minute exercise period should be enough to make your eyes feel a lot better.
Currently, I’m avoiding wearing glasses and contacts as much as possible. (of course, you should always wear corrective lenses whenever safety issues are concerned – such as driving a car. )
I’m finding distant objects becoming less blurry. This is, as mentioned before, a subjective perception. But it appears to be real to me.
