Well, I think I pushed last night’s exercise session to this morning.
But I also think there is some improvement.
I’ve even come up with my own exercise. Instead of enacting the 10-10-10 rule in the manual, I started doing something a little different:
I close the left eye and look from an object about 1 to 2 feet away to a much more distant object 10 times. Close the right eye and repeat. Then open both eyes and repeat. I’ve found this to be very relaxing to my eyes.
But, really it is the course itself that is the bulk of my vision improvement efforts. One of the greatest benefits is having a set program that you follow. That keeps me committed to at least 25 minutes of exercise per day. And I think this commitment is the key to success.
I had a nice moment of visual clarity at one point yesterday. It lasted for just a few moments. It could be a foreshadowing of things to come.
Read more about the program I’m currently using.
