Ok, for those who are paying attention, yes I missed a day. Not a good idea.
However, my results have varied. There are times where my vision seems clearer and other times when it doesn’t. But then again, this is only day 12 and I even skipped a day’s worth of training.
Tomorrow, I move on to another level of the exercises. They are supposed to get progressively more powerful with each level. So, I’m looking forward to the next workout, this last set was starting to seem too simple.
But at first, you don’t feel that way. It is a challenge all the way.
My vision did not seem as good today when I ventured outside, that is probably due to the fact that I skipped a day.
I combined the relaxation techniques at the end, instead of doing just one for the full five minutes .
I will continue doing these exercises. Keep checking back to see how it is going!
