Vision Improvement Eye Exercises Day 11

January 19, 2008 by Dave

This is day 11. I went out last night with my contacts in and noticed that my vision did not feel strained even when talking face-to-face for longer periods of time.

Again, the contacts I wear are a slightly reduced prescription. I was seeing what seemed to be more clearly at times and then at other times, particularly when focused close up for extended periods, it seemed less so.

I finished the exercises this morning after spending too much time doing near work.

I extended one of the focusing exercises for longer than required by the program I’m using. I learned to pause through the exercise and close my eyes for a few seconds. When I opened them, the chart on the wall seemed a bit clearer. Then I would proceed with the exercises and things would get slightly less clear. Then I would rest again and it would come back clear again.

This is pretty interesting. I’m going to keep on working the program. I may even do extra over the weekend (though I’m not sure I will get to it. )

I’ll write more about this tomorrow.

If you want to learn more about the program I’m using, click this link.

Warm Regards,

Dave
