ok so i wear glasses.ive been wearing glasses ever since i was 8 and im now 16. i realy dont like glasses because they are very annoying and i misplace them all the time. i dont know about contacts, but i have allergies and they seem annoying and uncomfortable. ive heard about lasik but its very expensive and they say it only lasts about 5 years. Latley i have been reasearching natural vision inmporvment and the bates method and everything in between.Many people might not believe in “natural vision improvement” , but i think that i might give it a shot, but im not sure….I ABSOLUTLY HATE GLASSES!! lol…..so does anybody have any tips or suggessions??
