Can Myopia be reversed? The reason I am asking is because a close friend of my sisters who is 24 now and has been wearing glasses since she was 10 has moved from a -4.00 prescription to a negative -1.50 within the past year and a halfShe said she has not done anything special, her glasses just kept feeling too strong, she went back to the optometrist and her prescription went down.

How is this possible, I thought that once your eye elongates it cant go back but apparently it is happening to my sister’s friend…

I asked my optometrist, he said he sees it relatively often but doesn’t really know why it happens…

my moms friend who is 36 has also recently had a prescription drop, not as severe just 1.5 diopters and has also done nothing

I want to recreate this effect for myself, im only -1.75 how could I do this!?
