In this age of near-point work we are all hunched over our desks and computers. Blood flow is minimized and stress is maximized. Just sitting at a desk is an unnatural position for the human body and we do it – ALL DAY LONG.
In addition, people do not know how to relax their eyes and get them to function better. Their eyes get stressed out too. And they over-work at one particular distance. In order to get ourselves to see better we must utilize the best techniques we can find.
Is it possible to improve the vision? Well, there are many who have improved their vision. I have seen a slight improvement myself. But due to stress and worry, I can see it go backwards too. Vision can actually change from day to day, getting worse or better. It does not stay static.
You have to stay on top of it. Results will vary. Even if you can’t fully get rid of glasses, wouldn’t it be cool for your eyes to NOT get worse.
Lot’s of people would be happy with that result. But there are those who are able to fully throw their glasses away.
As for me. I’ve worn glasses since I was five. My prescription it less than it was about 20 years ago. But I have not fully regained my vision without glasses. In fact, I still have a ways to go.
Yet, I’ll be happy to maintain and avoid the bifocal thing that generally happens after 40.
One concept in natural vision improvement is the belief, and you can check this out with eye doctors, that vision will get worse just by having the crutch of glasses / contacts.
