Vision Improvement Day 17

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

Yesterday was Day 17.

I’ve been working on not using my glasses or contacts unless necessary and I believe it is helping.

The eye exercises are keeping me from generating undue stress or strain on my eyes.

Of the two relaxation exercises, I believe the one that uses light is the better of the two for me personally. My eyes generally feel good afterwards.

The 3 cups exercise (level 2b) is where I’m stuck. I figured out that I wasn’t doing the exercise properly and have begun to try to do so. However, this makes the exercise a little more complicated - as it is like I skipped the last training step. I’m confident that I’ll catch up quickly though.

All in all, I’d say things are going well and I’m looking forward to one day seeing measurable improvement. But, I’m not saying that vision improvement works. Although subjectively I think I am seeing improvement. We won’t know for sure until my acuity is measured and that next appointment is quite far out. I’ll write more later.

Read more about the program I’m testing.
