Sleep book coming

Sleep again

Hey,

Well, I am now on page 55 of the sleep book I have been reading.

This is awesome! the author brings together a lot of things that
you know are healthy for you anyway and shows how they help
your body get deep sleep allowing you to have more energy
and actually sleep less.

Things like drinking more water and cutting out caffeine and nicotene are
talked about, but this book puts it all together in a way that gives you great
sleep in less time.

Hey,

This is exciting, I’m reading a book called ” “Powerful Sleep

I’m currently on page twenty and I have to tell you this
is pretty interesting stuff that promises to have some
practically applications.

It may be possible for you to only sleep 4-6 hours and have more
energy than if you slept 8 hours.

I’m only on page 20 and there are 111 pages in the book.

I’ll try to keep you posted on this one.
