interesting wellness tool that utilizes<br />
biofeedback to teach you to increase the<br />
time intervals between heartbeats.</p>
<p>This can be useful to you if you are a<br />
high-stress type person. In fact, when<br />
faced with the challenges of modern day<br />
life, most of us could stand to learn how<br />
to relax a little more.</p>
<p>And biofeedback is a great way to learn<br />
how to do it. Once you have the skills you<br />

on your fingertips and the feedback from<br />
the sensors to learn to control your heart<br />
