In North America, the weather is getting cooler now.

winter-time

This is the time of year when many people look to build their immune systemup.

I bet you don’t like having colds and being stuffed up. It cramps your style.

A couple of tips that might help your immune system stay stronger:

Drink plenty of water. In the winter, it is harder for our bodies to tell us we need water. Being fully hydrated can help all of the bodily processes function better, including the immune system.

Keep warm: Mind what you wear, don’t get caught in a situation where you catch a ‘chill’.

Eat healthy food. Excessive sugar intake might affect your immune system. Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.

And if you are one for utilizing supplements:

Chewable Vitamin C is something you might consider *

Zinc supplementation is also something you might consider *

And you may want to check out a good herbal immunity enhancing supplement such as Immunity Plus *

And now that it is getting cooler, try to keep warm, warm, warm.

Don’t get stuck out in the cold unprepared. Always keep an extra sweater or jacket nearby. I like to keep one in my car.

Enjoy the Season - get out and ski or snow board, or take pictures of the scenery.
