Using Biofeedback to control your body

I received a call today about an
interesting wellness tool that utilizes
biofeedback to teach you to increase the
time intervals between heartbeats.

This can be useful to you if you are a
high-stress type person. In fact, when
faced with the challenges of modern day
life, most of us could stand to learn how
to relax a little more.

And biofeedback is a great way to learn
how to do it. Once you have the skills you
won’t need the biofeedback device any
longer, unless you want to restest or
brush up on your skills.

But the skill can be used anywhere at any
time to get your stress levels down –
which can make you more comfortable,
happier and better able to perform no
matter what arena of life you are playing
in or what challenges you are facing.

You can use software, a USB port on your
computer and three sensors that you place
on your fingertips and the feedback from
the sensors to learn to control your heart
rate intervals.

Here is where you can watch a video about it:

The Wild Divine trailerThis tool has received endorsements from Deepak Chopra.
Deepak was an endocrinologist before he achieved his
‘celebrity’ status and my respect for him comes more from
his medical background than the status of being a celebrity.

But it also comes from the fact that he doesn’t allow the
‘controls’ set up with in the MD world stop him from
helping people or exploring alternatives.

So, here is his endorsement:

” The Wild Divine is helping to transform our mass consciousness to one of peace and harmony through a very practical program that allows people to get in intimate touch with the innermost core of their being. To know that they have more power than they have ever realized, to know that they can influence what is happening in their body, in their mind, in their emotions, as well as in the world that they create everyday.”

The Journey to the WildDivine

I personally think that it can be useful in addition to being
downright entertaining to get good at controlling some of the
otherwise ‘autonomous’ functions of the body.
