Here is a little note that I sent to my Health Line Mailing List subscribers on Friday:

Well it’s Friday again and I find that if
I don’t commit to writing to you at least
one day a week, it may never get done!

So whatever I’m doing on Friday, I try to
squeeze in the time to write.

So what’s new in your world?

Me? I have a few things to talk about today.
One, I created a new blog about remedies.

I made the header graphic myself! Tell me what

The remedy for gingivitis is working quite well
still. In fact, If I had to choose between
toothpaste and this stuff. I would choose it
over the paste.

But, I don’t have to choose and I still use both.

And if you weren’t able to catch the Russian
kettlebell report from last week, here it is
again. If I were going to be working out, I would
choose the Russian kettlebells and isometrics over
weight training.

Or I might use all three. But I if I had to choose
one elusively, I would seriously consider the
kettlebells – and that would be a true statement
whether I was male of female.:

Oh yes, my pet peeve is with how ADHD and ADD are
treated today.

As far as depression goes, people in Europe
all know about St. John’s Wort which can be found
in any health food store.

But, if you need an online alternative. Take a look

Ha, even the name gives you a warm fuzzy feeling.

Speaking of warm fuzzy feelings:

When I’m out and about I like to pop into little
coffee shops and get a steamed soy milk with chocolate.

But most of the time, the chocolate is either
chemical or full of refined sugar or both.

However, when I’m home I like use an unsweetened
cocoa powder made by Lake Champlain Chocolates.

If you can find it, get it! You might find it
at health food stores.
