Get A Beach Body
This program, called Power 90 is designed to create a "new" body in 90 days. On the above site, you can see pictures of bodily changes at days thirty, sixty and 90. Wow! – There is a huge difference between day one and day ninety. Their pictures at day 60 also show amazing transformations in comparison to day one. One thing that struck me is how having a really fit body does make you look younger and more attractive. Judging by the information available on their site, the way this program seems to work is that they are able to get more workouts in with less rest time by "segmenting" the body. Simplified, it means that they work contiguous parts of the body during the same workout. This eliminates the need for as much rest, allowing you to do more for you overall body in a relatively shorter period of time. They call this program an in-home boot camp. Everything is on video tape and you just follow along in the comfort of your living room. There are also supplements that go along with the program. The workouts are under 1 hour a day. So in actuality, this means that you get a 'new body' in about 90 hours of workout time. Doing an easy hour a day sounds fairly simple, doesn't it? The program includes several video tapes, supplements and a simple diet plan. They seem to indicate that the simple diet program does not stop you from eating the foods you love. Just to insert a not here: You know if you really want to simplify things, taking in less calories and working out is an almost fool-proof way to lose weight. You don’t need a special program to do that, but you do need will power and I think we all know that creating our own plan and sticking to it is tough. The programmed course that these guys suggest could make it a bit easier and they could get you the results you want with less effort utilizing their special workout method. This method segments the body and gives your muscles a synergistic workout. Or at least, that appears to be the premise behind the program. I have seen this program around for a while and I have seen it out there for at least one year before writing about it. It does appear to be a sound program based on logical thinking and a well thought-out plan. Besides they offer a money back guarantee. I like money back guarantees, because they generally say that the company is willing to stand behind their product. I feel a little wary of programs that offer other types of guarantees, but not a money back one. It's as if they don't want to take a risk. I really like programs that offer a 6 month or 1 year guarantee. That takes guts and confidence. Anyway, Beach Body offers a money back guarantee, though I'm not certain what the time limit is on it. What might you gain upon giving it a try? Sincerely, David Snape copyright @ 2004
The articleabove is a review on a program called Power 90. I believe the plan a solid one that will lead you to results by the end of a 90 period. I personally utilize the powerful exercises of Falun Dafa (which is entirely different from the Power 90 system)and it is free. To keep my body healthy and and I do recommend visiting that website.
