Is it Ok to Dip Snuff?

Reader: Well I occasionally dip snuff…..like once a month. If I brush good with the pick will that be fine

I would never say it is a good idea to dip. That stuff is poison to your gum tissue. Probably even worse than smoking….

I know that habits are hard to give up. But I could never in good conscience say that it is ok to dip – not even once per month.

If you have braces, then it really wood be beneficial for you to use an irrigator.
