Can Colloidal Silver Get Rid of Warts?

I’ve been doing a lot of research on colloidal silver and my son is covered with warts. So my question is: Do you think giving it to him orally and topically will work?

He’s 2 years old and it’s 30ppm so I was only going to give him 1/2tsp daily and apply it to his warts at night. My husband is a chiro. and they both get adjusted and are healthy and don’t get sick it’s just these warts they contracted from a neighborhood kid years ago in MI.

Hi Pamela,

Thanks for your question. Ok, first: Don’t do anything without checking with your medical doctor.

Second – here are my thoughts. Again, this is not advice, just my thoughts. (Check with your doctor before taking any action)

Colloidal silver is known to kill viruses and bacteria both. Warts are caused by a virus. No problem there. Will the colloidal silver penetrate the skin enough to kill all of the virus? I’m not sure on that one.

As far as concentration goes, 30 PPM is a very, very small concentration from what I understand. From what I’ve heard and understood from people who have used colloidal silver effectively, you want a concentration of 500 PPM.

In fact, my understanding is that anything under 500 PPM is about worthless. The information is out there, you just need to seek it.

Personally, if I needed colloidal silver for something, I would use the 500 PPM concentration. I also believe that I would only use it for when it was needed and a very short period – 1 week tops – just after.

I definitely would NOT take colloidal silver on a regular basis – only when really needed.

Again, none of this is meant to provide advice. Visit your doctor and seek his advice, diagnosis and treatment.

Especially in the case of your two-year-old : Discuss this with his pediatrician before proceeding. Only follow the advice of your doctor.

It isn’t always easy to find 500 PPM colloidal silver. I briefly looked around and found this:

Amino Silver Colloidal 500Ppm 4 oz
