Clear flashes – these are points in your vision improvement where your vision becomes more clear for a few moments and then subsides back to a ‘base line’.
When you do vision improvement exercises, there will be times of clear flashes – I’ve experienced them in the past.
Today, I also had them. I did my exercises this morning and had a few clear flashes shortly after.
Do eye exercises work? They should. They’ve worked for me in the past. But now I’m doing a very specific, structured program and my ultimate goal is 20/20 in both eyes or better so that I can stop using contacts and eye glasses.
Will I get there? Looks like it is going to be a while. Am I experiencing much at day 10. Much? no not really. A little tiny bit? Yes, I think so.
Now, the trickwill be to see if that little tiny improvement, which could be strictly subjective, grows into something objectively measurable.
That’s what I’m looking for.
Will I get it? Let’s see.
So far, I’m not too disappointed. It appears that something minor is happening. But whether that turns into an objectifiable ‘something’ remains to be seen. It’s only day ten after all.
