Ok, still at it. Yesterday was another day that I chose not to wear my contacts to work, but I did take an older pair of glasses with me.

In the break room, I noticed a poster from across the room, I could just barely see the headline on the poster. That is something that I think I wouldn’t have been able to see before .

I’m still looking for the bigger jump in improvement. I am experiencing the continued effect of my eyes being more relaxed.

Yet, all of this is still very subjective. At the same time, I’m encouraged. If it is possible to regain sight without glasses, I’ll be very, very delighted.
