Natural Vision Improvement - Day 2

I just completed my second day doing the 25 minute eye exercise routine. I repeat the same routine for 6 days before moving up to the next level. There are 6 levels of exercises or stages designed to last through 60 days.

What I have noticed so far is that my eyes feel more relaxed after doing the routine. I’m not sure that I have seen any vision acuity improvement but maybe things do seem a very tad bit clearer. Very subjective, I admit.

I’m currently finishing the writing process on a book, so I have been doing a lot of near work today and will be for the next two days. Time seems to fly by very fast but that is another topic.

If nothing else the exercises make for a great break and do make my eyes feel ‘happier’. Let’s see if real and lasting vision improvement occurs in the next couple of months.

You can read more about the program I’m using on Natural Vision Improvement

I’ll journal day 3 tomorrow. Man, if I can restore my vision to 20/20 and don’t need glasses or contacts any longer, I’m going to be one happy camper.

Warm Regards,

Dave
