Deeper Cause of Bleeding Gums?

Question:

Eva wrote:

I am having bleeding gums from few years, and I never pay too much attention on this before.

As yesterday I was having bad breath. I did few things, that worked , and today I am surprisingly better, and I am searching for the answer what worked and what not.

I eat brocoli, nuts, meat. I had exercises like running, and I cleaned my teeth as usual.

I never read your book, and I am interested if you dig more deeper into the problem with gums, because I think that every disease is having some spiritual roots and if we use only external things , like pills, it is not the solution.

The real problem is how we live, what we eat, and how we think.

Did you find some specific foods, vitamins that help you with gums? I think something is missing in my food, but still can not find out what.

Thank you, It is good to know that somebody else have the same problem, and solve it already. With all my best wishes to you,

Eva

Hi Eva,

It may shock some of my readers to learn that I actually agree with you that there is a much deeper cause to gum disease and other illnesses. I do believe there is a spiritually related component to health problems.

In fact, if you want to know the spiritual reasons for disease, I highly recommend Master Li, Hongzhi’s book Zhuan Falun. You can download a free copy in the language of your choice at http://falundafa.org .

However, I am cognizant that there are two kinds of people in the world. Those who believe in spiritual matters and those who firmly believe in the physical world we live in. So not everyone is going to agree with our thoughts on spirituality and disease.

So, I want to tell you that in physical terms, there is a very good chance that you have gum disease since you have talked about bleeding gums. Of course, you have to go to a dentist to get a diagnosis to confirm that.

In the physical world the manifestation of bacteria (anaerobic bacteria) are the cause of gum disease of which bleeding gums is but a symptom.

Of course eating the kinds of foods that don’t contain processed sugars will mean less food for the bacteria to grow on – they love refined sugar.

So, it is definitely better to eat vegetables over sugary snack foods.

However, for most people that is not practical and by itself will probably not be enough to stop your gums from bleeding.

With gum disease, if you already have bleeding gums for a while, chances are that unless you take some definitive actions, you might find your problems growing.

The first thing you really need to do is get evaluated by a periodontist for gum disease. He will come up with some treatment recommendations for you. One of those recommendations may very well be to increase your regular professional cleaning schedule to about 3 months. However, situations vary, he might recommend something a little different.

However, as I have written in my book, even dentists and periodontist will admit that the key to you defeating gum disease revolves around what is called home care.

Home care includes things like brushing and flossing. But it also can include far more than that.

Perhaps as many as 80% of the worlds people have some form of gum disease. Many of them brush and floss. I have always contended that brushing and flossing may not always be enough to stop or prevent the worsening of gum disease.

I still hold to that. I use a number of tools to help me combat gum disease. You see, you don’t just have to defeat gum disease once and it is over. No. It is a lifetime battle that you must fight EVERY DAY.

You can find some of the additional tools that I use in a report called “Fighting Gum Disease”

You can get that report which sells for 10$ at LuLu.com for free by signing up for it here: http://www.gingivitiskiller.com/#signup

As far as food or supplements go. Even government websites mention the use of CoEnzyme Q10 in helping to fight against gum disease.

Many fruits and vegetables contain vitamin C which supports healthy gum tissue. Many foods rich in the B vitamins do as well.

Foods such as fish and lean meats may contain zinc which is considered helpful for healthy gum tissue.

I sincerely hope this post was helpful to you Eva. If not, please feel free to ask a follow up question.
