Back Pain, How I Got Rid of It

When it comes to back pain, I’ve got a little bit if experience. In fact, most people do experience back pain at sometime or another.

My situation is special though. I have a scoliosis in my lumbar spine. That means the spine curves to the side. Last time I saw an x-ray, they said this was more than a minor curve.

I would go to the chiropractor twice a month for an adjustment and as long as I did that, my back didn’t bother me much.

Insurance did not cover anything but a fraction of the cost. Therefore, I was paying out of pocket most of the time.

Then one day I found the exercises of Falun Dafa.

I’d never encountered anything quite so powerful before. After just two months, my back felt much better.

Then one day I received a call from the chiropractor’s assistant and she asked if I was coming back in for an adjustment. I said that my back was feeling so good that I didn’t think I needed another adjustment.

That was over 7 and 1/2 years ago. I haven’t had an adjustment since.

Think of how much I saved. But more importantly, think of all the pain I didn’t have to experience.

I’ve been practicing the exercises of Falun Dafa ever since. Frankly, it is the best investment in my personal health that I have ever made. Bar none.
