Using the Hydrofloss and Gum Care Kit

Question:

Hi Dave,

I received my Hydro Floss machine today. However the CD they sent me does not work??? Weird! I tried it out, boy I made the biggest mess ever!

Can you tell me about the trays? What am I supposed to do to use the tooth paste in them???

Also they sent me some drops to add to juice, what are they?? No directions in the box either??

Thanks Dave!!

Heather

Answer:

Hi Heather,

The disc you received is a CD ROM and it should be played on a computer. If your computer won’t play it, try to find another computer that will.

If you cannot find another computer, you can watch the instructional video here: http://hydrofloss.com/view_hf_video.htm

The disc will tell you how to use the hydrofloss as well as how to take care of it.

Yes, the hydrofloss can be messy if not used properly. That is why it is important to watch the disc that came with it.

The bottle for the drops should say AktivOxigen on it. If it does, you can use 8 drops per hydrofloss resevoir. At that rate, it will last for 64 uses of the hydrofloss.

As for the toothpaste and trays: You mentioned before that you had customized bleaching trays. I would use them and wouldn’t worry about the trays that came with the kit.

I would just use the toothpaste like I would a teeth whitening gel. If it were me, I’d leave them on for about 30 minutes per usage.

There should definitely be instructions in the box that the Complete Gum Care Kit came in. Take a second look and see if you can find them. Make sure you read those for how to use the product.

On the same instruction sheet is a series of helpful tips and information for fighting gum disease.

Keep me posted on how you are doing!

If I didn’t cover everything or if you have more questions, let me know.

You can also call 1-800-97-FRESH during regular business hours , press zero for the first option, and they will be happy to answer any questions you have in detail. You can visit their website here.

Once you get the hang of using your hydrofloss, you will begin to realize what a great tool it is and you won’t want to be without it.

Warm Regards,

David
