ORAMD has 3 ingredients, peppermint oil, spearmint oil and almond oil. Buy them online and get more peppermint than the other 2. I use 3 tablespoons of peppermint (it has the strongest anti-bacterial action), 1 tablespoon of spearmint and 1 tablespoon of almond. This will fill 3 ORAMD containers and costs less that 5 dollars.
