When it comes to fighting an existing case of gum disease, we need all the tools we can get to help us.

I’ve been using an essential oil blend that has proven to be useful, especially when away from home.

The bottle it comes in has a nice safety lid that doesn’t spill even when I carry it with me in a bag filled with all kinds of stuff.

I like to use this oil blend after eating and when I don’t have the mouthpaste or anything else available to clean my teeth. If you can carry a toothbrush with you, this is great to use with it.

But even without a toothbrush, I put a couple of drops in my mouth and let it mix with my saliva. It works great. And it will also help prevent bad breath as well.
